Bare Flooring System

  • 600 mm x 600 mm all Steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan of 64 hemispherical cones.
  • Top plain Sheet fuse welded to the Bottom Sheet approximately 144 Locations to form a Panel of an overall thickness of 30 mm
  • The panel subjected to pre-treatment along with 40 – 60 micron epoxy coating to achieve corrosion resistance
  • Inner empty core of the Panel is injected with a light weight, non-combustible cementitious compound at high pressure
  • All the four sides of the panel should have a flange of not more than 10 mm to ensure that the entire floor appears continous without noticeable wide gaps in the system.
  • The maximum gap of 1.0 mm and minimum gap of 0.6 mm between adjacent panels shall ensure that there is absolutely no squeaking sound in the system
  • Ensures excellent acoustic performance and carpet durability

Pedestal Assembly
The Pedestal head assembly shall consist of an embossed head mechanically riveted to a 90 mm long M16 dia rolled formed stud and 2 check nuts for level adjustment and arresting vertical movement. The pedestal head shall consist of an anti – vibrational PVC cap for Panel location. The Pedestal Base assembly shall consist of a 25.4 or 32 mm OD pipe with a Polycarbonate Bush mechanically rivetted and beaded on a press to a base plate with stiffening folds. PVC Cap and Polycarbonate Bush to eliminate noise by preventing metal – to – metal contact

STRINGERS (Bare UFAD)
The stringer is hot dipped galvanized steel cold rolled construction specially designed with ribs embossed on 3 sides for strength, lateral stability, and for enhanced rolling loads performance and to support the panels on all four sides for alignment.
